Zara supports the leadership team at Kappa Investments, helping coordinate the firm’s executive operations and day-to-day business activities.

Working closely with senior leadership, she manages communications, scheduling, travel coordination, and business administration, while supporting meetings, logistics, stakeholder relationships, and the execution of corporate priorities and initiatives.

Prior to joining Kappa Investments, Zara built her career in luxury and international client-facing environments, where she developed experience in operations, client relations, and high-level service management.
