Ying helps drive the secure growth of Kappa Investments’ corporate structure and investment portfolio, providing strategic legal and tax management across its corporate and regulatory affairs.

Joining the team in 2025, she works closely with the leadership team on corporate governance, tax compliance, and institutional relations, while overseeing communications with public authorities. Prior to joining the firm, Ying built her legal expertise at premier international law firms Garrigues and CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. She holds a dual degree in Law and Business Analytics, as well as a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice with a specialization in Tax Law, from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

Outside of the firm, Ying is an enthusiastic padel and golf player, and a lifelong learner who always enjoys exploring new skills and challenges.
