Javier supports Kappa Investments across legal and tax matters, contributing to the firm’s corporate structure and investment-related activities.

Prior to joining Kappa Investments, Javier spent ten years at Garrigues, Spain’s largest law firm, where he served as a Senior Associate in the Tax department, specializing in tax law and supporting numerous projects related to the launch and development of technology start-ups.

Earlier in his career, Javier worked at the Petitions Committee of the European Parliament, gaining additional experience within institutional and regulatory environments. He also serves as a professor in the Master’s Degree in Tax Law at Universidad Atlántico Medio.

Outside of the legal world, Javier enjoys surfing, motorcycles, and discovering new music.
